North Haven Residents Directory is a privately operated reference for public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections connected with North Haven, Connecticut. 11. Connecticut Law

The Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, CGS §§1-200 through 1-242, especially §1-210, governs access to non-exempt public-agency records and does not make this private reference the custodian of a North Haven record. Where applicable, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act supplies the consumer privacy rules described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
